Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes (Rusett)
- 3 spoonfuls of olive oil (45 ml)
- 12 fresh and deveined shrimps (4 whole and 8 cut into pieces of 1,5 cm)
- 1 spoonful of spice cajun (5 ml)
- ¾ cup sour cream (180 ml)
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese (112 gr)
- ¼ cup chives cut into slices (60 gr)
Preparation

- First, preheat your oven to 220ºC and use foil to cover the dish you are baking.
- Then, without peeling them, wash the potatoes well until you remove all the soil.
- Then pour on the potatoes a spoonful ofolive oil and place them in the dish that you will cover with aluminum. Bake for an hour, until they are soft.
- Take them out of the oven and wait for them to cool down.
- Meanwhile, start preparing the stuffing. Put 2 spoonfuls of olive oil in a skillet and heat it over medium heat.
